1. Why does the CommBank app look different to the last time I logged in?

We’ve updated the app to make it safer and easier to do your banking.

2. Can I remove the app update?

You won’t be able to access the old app version once it’s updated. We understand that it can take some time to get used to the new version, but you can use the search bar to find anything you need if you get stuck.

3. Why am I not seeing the app update?

We’re progressively rolling out the app update over the next two weeks. To update the app yourself, go to Google Play or the App Store, search for the CommBank app, and tap ‘Update’.

4. Where do I find the log off button?

You can still log out of the CommBank app whenever you like. Simply click into your profile in the top-left corner and then tap the ‘Log off’ button. The CommBank app will be automatically logged out after 15 minutes of leaving the app or earlier, depending on the auto-log off settings chosen in the app.

The CommBank app is free to download however your mobile network provider charges you for accessing data on your phone. The CommBank app is available on Android operating systems 8.0+ and iOS operating system 15.0+.

Terms and conditions are available on the app. NetBank access with NetCode SMS is required.

Tap & Pay is available for compatible NFC enabled phones running Android 4.4 operating system or above and using genuine manufacturer battery - eligible transaction accounts and credit cards only. Tap & Pay allows you to use your compatible iPhone or Android mobile phone to make Mastercard® contactless purchases up to $100 or another limit as set by the merchant. NetBank and CommBank app access required. Tap & Pay is available for compatible NFC enabled phones running Android 4.4 or above - eligible transaction accounts and credit cards only.

〔澳洲打工渡假〕Commonwealth Bank 網路銀行簡易教學 - 第一次使用commonwealth app 註冊教學

現代人越來越依賴智慧型手機，銀行也為了配合大眾的需求和提高便利性，也都推出APP的功能，讓大家使用更上手唷~

今天就教大家在正式使用Commonwealth Bank app之前，要完成的手機app註冊程序

首先，先下載app程式

接著，點開程式之後，點選《Get Started now》開始

輸入你的網銀帳號(Client Number)、網銀密碼(Password)

點選《Get NetCode SMS》

約過幾秒之後，手機將會收到一則簡訊告知一組6個數字的密碼

輸入6位數的簡訊密碼，按《Continue》

接著就會來到你的主要帳戶，就可以看到帳戶的號碼以及金額。然後點選右上角的箭頭。

這邊要設定一組4個號碼的密碼，作為手機app登入帳戶的一個安全機制。(PS 這個密碼跟其他的密碼完全不相干唷，僅作為操作手機app的登入用密碼)

再次確認密碼

出現同意聲明，點選《Accept》

最後就會回到登入的首頁

簡單介紹一下app幾個主要功能

《Transfer between your accounts》→ 自己的帳戶互轉

《Pay Someone》→ 付款給其他人

《BPAY》→ 可用來直接線上轉帳，繳交電話費、網路費、電費、學雜費~

《View Accounts》→查看帳戶的帳號&金額

《Cards》→小額的現金付款(每日上限$100)以及開卡/鎖卡，可預防被盜刷

《Tap & Pay》→小額的現金領款。如果忘記帶提款卡的人可以利用此功能，在ATM領取小額的現金唷!(每天最高上限$200)

以上，使用app可以讓你更靈活運用你的銀行帳戶唷! 也可以隨時隨地把你的帳戶帶著走囉:))
