THE TECHNOLOGY
PHOTOMASKS AND THE TECHNOLOGY
Photomasks are high-purity glass substrates that contain precise images of integrated circuits (or semiconductor chips). Photomasks are an integral part of the production of integrated circuits on silicon substrates (wafers).
State-of-the-art imaging systems based on light in the ultraviolet and EUV range create the smallest structures.

2023半年排名 | 全球电视ODM工厂：TCL 茂佳超越冠捷成第一 - 知乎切换模式写文章登录/注册2023半年排名 | 全球电视ODM工厂：TCL 茂佳超越冠捷成第一RUNTO洛图科技权威科技产业研究机构根据洛图科技（RUNTO）发布的《全球电视代工市场出货月度追踪》（Global TV ODM Market Shipment Monthly Tracker）》报告显示，2023年上半年，全球电视代工市场整体（含长虹、康佳、创维、海信四家自有工厂）出货总量为5028万台，较2022年同期增长10.2%。其中，第一季度出货约2230万台，较2022年同期微增1.1%。增量主要来自第二季度，较2022年增长18.8%，当季出货量达到2798万台。月度表现方面，从今年2月份面板启动新一轮涨价开始，整体电视代工市场就连续保持增长。洛图科技（RUNTO）认为，上半年全球电视代工市场大幅上扬的主要因素归结为：一、在面板价格快速上行的过程中，整机委托代工市场一般通过尽快下单和出货来锁定交易价格，叠加市场对中国618和美国独立日等年中大促的预期，扩大代工备货无压力。二、上半年包括韩系品牌的海外头部整机品牌基于利润考虑释放出了更多的外发订单。三、全球电视品牌出货特别是欧美区域在第二季度出货复苏，带动了代工市场增长。2021-2023年 全球电视代工市场季度出货量变化数据来源：洛图科技（RUNTO），单位：万台统计范围内，前十家专业电视ODM代工厂（不含四家品牌自有工厂），占整体代工市场的份额稳定在74%左右。然而，工厂之间的分化仍然较大。其中，拥有核心面板资源的MOKA（茂佳）和HKC（惠科），以及区域增长带动下的AMTC（兆驰）上半年出货增幅均在30%以上，其核心客户订单明显增加。BOE VT（视讯）、KTC（康冠）和Express Luck（彩迅）三大工厂出货量小幅增长。其余四大专业代工厂较去年同期呈现不同程度的下滑，富士康、群创的下滑在意料中，TPV进入2023年的突然连续下滑和近-10%的幅度颇令人意外。--MOKA（茂佳）上半年出货量达688万台，同比大幅增长近30%，以超越传统冠军TPV（冠捷）近100万台的优势稳坐榜首，预计此百万台的Gap将极大的保障茂佳获得全年全球代工市场的出货第一。同时，TCL品牌整机出货也是持续大幅增长。根据洛图科技（RUNTO）发布的数据，TCL（含子品牌雷鸟和乐华）在中国市场继2022年度出货量同比增长18.5%之后，今年上半年的出货量同比继续再增长23.3%，增幅居行业首位。--TPV（冠捷）上半年出货592万台，同比下降9.9%，憾居第二。占比超三成的自有品牌Philips（飞利浦）在上半年的全球销售未见起色，特别在核心区域西欧市场销售不济，导致代工订单减少，出货量同比下滑近15%。在国内客户方面，曾经的主要客户小米今年代工策略调整，代工订单已从TPV彻底转移；另一个核心客户华为，因品牌业绩大幅下滑近50%，上半年给到TPV的代工订单从去年的超50万台下滑至今年不到20万台。TPV今年正面临着巨大的业绩压力，2023全年出货总量将在1200-1250万台之间，想达到往年的1400万台基本无望。当前，冠捷集团正在拆分ODM和OBM品牌业务，预计将形成利好。--AMTC（兆驰）上半年出货532万台，同比大幅增长35.7%，排名第三。其代工出货增长受益于今年北美电视市场复苏，沃尔玛旗下的ONN等区域客户的代工订单大增。--BOE VT（视讯）上半年出货约368万台，同比增长4%，在专业代工厂中排名第四。VT主要品牌客户出货呈现海外增长，国内下滑的局面：海外客户除三星订单出现小幅下滑之外，Vizio、SONY和LGE上半年订单增幅均在50%以上；但国内客户小米、海信和华为的物量较去年同期均有两位数的下降。--KTC（康冠）上半年出货约320万台，与去年大致相当。在专业代工厂中排名第五。其在中东非及拉美地区的品牌客户订单增长保障了上半年整体代工出货的稳定。--HKC（惠科）和Foxconn（富士康）上半年出货接近300和280万台，分列专业代工厂的第六和第七。惠科同比增长达38.6%，在专业代工厂中增幅最大，其在国内已经拥有北海和合肥两大工厂，下半年海外南非和越南工厂将量产，海外市场能力将进一步加强。富士康受到核心客户索尼和夏普销售不利的影响，出货量较去年大幅下降约20%。--Express Luck（彩迅）的出货量262万台，同比增长5.8%，在专业代工厂中排名第八。JPE（金品）和Innolux（群创）出货分别为207万台和148万台，较去年同期均有不同程度的下降。2023年H1 全球专业电视ODM工厂出货排名数据来源：洛图科技（RUNTO），单位：千台注：电视ODM排名不包含长虹、康佳、创维、海信四家自有工厂另外，针对四大电视品牌的自有工厂，除海信外，长虹、创维、康佳三大工厂上半年出货均实现不同程度的大幅增长。长虹OEM出货515万台，同比增长27.5%；创维OEM出货417万台，同比增长26.3%。康佳OEM出货152万台，同比大幅增长60.9%。海信尽管代工表现一般，但其自有电视品牌表现不错，中国市场上，含子品牌Vidda的上半年合计出货量约380万台，同比增长11%。国内品牌小米今年的上半年代工厂格局发生一些调整。长虹和康佳订单增加，其中长虹半年代工量已破百万台，TPV被剔除，康冠和VT订单有缩减。具体上半年出货情况看，茂佳仍然是代工占比最高的工厂，上半年出货量约120万台；其次是长虹和VT，物量均在百万台量级；乐轩、康佳、康冠、惠科则分别保有数十万台不等的订单出货量。展望下半年，好的一方面是全球电视出货份额最大的北美市场正在逐步复苏。而不利的一面仍然在于宏观环境：2023年全球主要经济体增速下滑，面临衰退风险，由于政治和安全等因素导致贸易壁垒增加，全球贸易增长将急剧放缓，从2021年的10.1%降至2023年的2.5%，远低于历史平均水平；中国大陆从第2季度开始，经济恢复的势头有所放缓。洛图科技（RUNTO）有以下三个判断：一、电视的核心部件液晶面板在近期仍将惯性上涨。二、2023年全球电视市场的品牌出货将与2022年大致持平，真正起量的增长将在2024年。三、全球代工市场因面板价格谈判的难度，以及委托代工的策略两个方面将呈现大于整体品牌出货的增长幅度，约在10%左右。编辑于 2023-07-13 11:35・IP 属地北京电视ODMTCL赞同 3添加评论分享喜欢收藏申请

Connecting Opportunities – Driving the AM Ecosystem
AMTC 2022 showcased thriving network for industrializing Advanced Manufacturing. The AMTC concept has now become a reality where industry, science, and politics join forces to integrate AM into the industrial process.
Last year a significant milestone was achieved: the Advanced Manufacturing (AM) Campus started operating on the premises of the Technical University of Munich in Garching. This offers new opportunities to build a vibrant ecosystem and strengthen the AMTC Community through developing AM technology in R&D projects.
In 2023, we did not host an AMTC event, instead we focused on the development and establishment of the new AM Campus in Garching. We are enthusiastic about revamping the AMTC format to align with the evolving industry landscape, activities, and projects. Furthermore, the Bavarian AM Cluster (BAMC) is actively driving activities, although its funding stage remains in progress.
At the AM Campus we are driving innovation and invite you to actively collaborate with us.
We all know about the benefits of metal AM and the most rewarding industries – automotive, space, de- fense, medical sector, and tooling. This report investigates on new, evolving industries that probably aren’t on the radar of the AMTC partners by 2022, but could be worthwhile to prepare for the timespan through 2030. In accordance with the methods of scientific futurology, the explorative approach is oriented to known trends.

中国上海——2021年8月13日——巴斯夫 3D 打印品牌 Forward AM 携手中国3D打印设计服务公司极致盛放（Xuberance），在上海成立了全新增材制造技术中心（AMTC）。作为技术枢纽，新的技术中心将汇聚增材制造（AM）解决方案和材料领域的专业知识，服务于中国和亚洲其他地区的增材制造市场。
Forward AM 能够提供广泛的高性能 3D 打印材料和深厚的设计专知，而极致盛放则是 3D 打印服务和设计解决方案领域的专家。通过联合成立技术中心，两家公司实现了优势互补，为本土客户提供更全面的 3D 打印解决方案。
增材制造技术中心成立后有望为客户提供全新的增值技术服务，与亚太区客户实现共同创新。Forward AM 为该中心配备了20多台 3D 打印机，并使用所有当下主流的 3D 打印技术，包括：选择性激光烧结技术、光敏聚合物 3D 打印技术和熔丝制造技术，以强调对全球主要设备制造商的共同承诺。该中心落户于上海临港松江科技城，此处汇集了众多增材制造领域的企业，能充分发挥当地合作伙伴和客户的协同效应。
此外，巴斯夫风险投资有限公司对极致盛放的投资进一步巩固了 Forward AM 和极致盛放之间的合作关系。该风险投资加强了巴斯夫在增材制造领域的战略推进，也进一步加快了极致盛放在亚太地区的业务增长。

Forward AM Opens New Additive Manufacturing Technical Center in Shanghai in Cooperation with Xuberance
Additive Manufacturing Technical Center in Shanghai as technical hub to boost innovation for and with Asia-Pacific customers
Cooperation with Xuberance enables application development and services in 3D printing for customers in Asia-Pacific region
BASF Venture Capital invests in Xuberance to support growth and cooperation with Forward AM
Shanghai, China – August 13, 2021 – Forward AM opened a new Additive Manufacturing Technical Center (AMTC) in Shanghai, China in cooperation with Xuberance, a Chinese 3D printing design and service company. The new facility will serve as the hub of expertise for solutions and materials for the additive manufacturing (AM) market in China and the rest of Asia.
With this joint initiative, both companies are combining their strengths to offer local customers fully integrated 3D printing solutions: Forward AM contributes with a wide range of high-performance 3D printing materials and deep engineering expertise, while Xuberance brings in its know-how in 3D printing services and design solutions.
Through the Additive Manufacturing Technology Center (AMTC), new value-adding technical services is available to customers, enabling joint innovation with customers across the Asia-Pacific region. Emphasizing the joint commitment to major global equipment manufacturers, Forward AM installed more than 20 3D printers and make major 3D printing technologies such as Selective Laser Sintering, Photopolymer 3D Printing and Fused Filament Fabrication available at the AMTC. The Center is located in Shanghai Lingang Songjiang Science Park, a hub for numerous companies in the Additive Manufacturing industry to leverage synergies with local partners and customers.
The cooperation between Forward AM and Xuberance is complemented by an investment of BASF Venture Capital in Xuberance. This venture investment is strengthening BASF’s strategy in Additive Manufacturing and will enable Xuberance to further accelerate its growth in the Asia-Pacific region.
